The Alloys Assist Print Cost program is a rental plan for printers that allows the customers to understand and manage their total cost of printing. This is achieved by providing a Cost per Print that includes all of the capital equipment rental including warranties and any additional items such as feeders, the consumables usage and providing a price per print.

The program is available for both Mono and Colour Printers and is a fully managed solution with Alloys Assist managing the rental contracting, meter reading, consumables supply and billing. As a dealer, you receive your full margin on the equipment sale and the full margin rebate on the monthly consumables supply for the term of the contract.

The customer provides a monthly usage minimum amount of prints for mono and colour. This monthly minimum is used to calculate the Print Cost that is the cost of the equipment rental (monthly repayments amortised into the minimum monthly usage commitment) and the consumables together into a single Print Cost for Mono and a single Print Cost for Colour.

Alloys Assist then direct debits the customer for monthly minimum usage commitment and invoices for any usage incurred over the minimum usage commitment from the previous month.
