i2 Conversion Server is the unifying answer.
i2 Conversion Server supports such features as blank page removal, job separator sheets, deskew and automatic document rotation as well as a powerful suite of document naming conventions and file formats. The result is you can scan a large batch of documents from the one touch of the scan button on a copier and i2 Conversion server will automatically separate them into documents, clean up the images and name and save them against a pre defined set of rules without a person ever having to get involved.
"You simply create jobs based on specific business rules and let i2 Conversion Server do the rest. i2 Conversion Server offers the option to create OCR'd Text Searchable PDF documents that enable fast searching of your document archive based on file content", explains Director Andrew Wade.
