Not only can you scan documents directly into i2 but it also gives you the option to watch folders on your network where your photocopier or dedicated scanners place documents. Using such tools as zonal OCR, barcodes, keywords and lasso OCR, documents are quickly named and stored ready for future retrieval. Documents can be saved in TIFF, PDF or text searchable PDF formats.
