Alloys Freight Policy

Printer Consumables orders over $500 ex GST will not be charged freight ^[1]

The following standard freight costs apply to all other orders ^[2]

^[3] Darwin/NT Surcharge of $30 applies for all air bags delivered via Darwin airport.

Note: If a specific carrier is required, Alloys will supply a charge sheet.

^[2] Additional freight charges
If any of the below conditions apply, the order is considered non-standard and charges will be individually calculated. The customer needs to agree to the freight charges prior to shipping. Quotes will be provided via the website for online orders.

• Heavy or bulky items that may require tailgate/stairmaster, e.g, panels, projector screens, large format media
• Urgent point to point (express), delivery premium (i.e. airfreight)
• Special delivery instructions, e.g. pallets, large format printers
• Offshore islands and remote/distant mainland locations - please see list for affected postcodes
• Selected Product(s)

Backorders
Stock quantities are displayed on our website. All goods that are on hand will be shipped immediately unless the customer requests a no part ship. After the initial shipment no more goods will be shipped until all goods are available for shipment.

Please note
If a nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to allow you to arrange for re-delivery. Our couriers will not leave goods unattended at the doorstep. We reserve the right to recover an "attempted delivery fee".

^[1] Only Printer Consumables standard orders over $500 ex GST will not be charged for Standard Freight. 3D Print products are excluded.
