Q. How do i start trading with Alloys?

A. Complete and forward an alloys Account application form to Alloys. You will then be notified of your account status with 48 hours of Alloys receiving your application.

Q. How can I start accessing and purchasing from the Alloys website?

A. For legal reasons Alloys requires that an online trading application be completed by everyone who trades on www.alloys.com.au. You will then be notified of your account status with 48 hours of Alloys receiving your application.

Q. What happens if I forget my password?

A. At www.alloys.com.au login screen, there is a link Forgotten your password? Click here, you will then be taken to a screen which requires you to enter your email address, an automatic email with your login details will then be sent to your in box.

Q. What does it mean if a stock figure prompts me to call Alloys?

A. This usually means that we are receiving goods into our warehouse for this product and that we can't yet give an accurate indication of how many units are in stock. Please call the Alloys product manager for further detail.
