Kofax and Alloys sign Distribution Partnership

Melbourne, Australia - November 11th, 2012 - Alloys, the non-traditional IT distributor, today announced a distribution agreement with Kofax a leading provider of Capture Enabled BPM (business process management) solutions. Through the new partnership, Alloys, a major Australian Distributor of Document Imaging Hardware & Solutions will distribute Kofax Express and Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) to value added resellers (VARs) and system integrators throughout the ANZ region as part of its document management solution offerings.

Alloys will leverage Kofax Express, an all in one, scan-to-archive software package for imaging applications, and Kofax's patented image enhancement software VRS, to capture and deliver documents into its Document Imaging Solutions focused on serving the SMB market." For Alloys, signing the distribution deal with Kofax is a strategically significant step towards the continued expansion of its product and solution portfolio.
